I think their should a forum rule that says something like: "Advise given on this board is given by amateurs. If you have legal (health, investment) questions ask a lawyer etc. and use your own judgement." |

If you do something dumb regarding this forum, Steve isn't liable, a.) because it's in the ToS, b.) because forum owners aren't responsible unless there is severe negligence on their part, and c.) because it's specifically for "Smart People"
