Default Forum Rules

I think their should a forum rule that says something like:
"Advise given on this board is given by amateurs. If you have legal (health, investment) questions ask a lawyer etc. and use your own judgement."

Not necessarily ... Depends on how grounded in reality people are. Some people might to tend the theories presented here a tad bit too far and endanger themselves.

If you do something dumb regarding this forum, Steve isn't liable, a.) because it's in the ToS, b.) because forum owners aren't responsible unless there is severe negligence on their part, and c.) because it's specifically for "Smart People"

Doesn't do not Spam also goes kinda without saying?
The forum rules are the place where those things thaat go kinda without saying should stand.

I got the idea from Investing in Gold? .

It should be possible to discuss topics like this in manner in which everyone understants that the opinions in the thread are only personal opinions.
