Default Health

Hi Folks,

I'm a blogger about to move to Hobart (Tasmania, Australia).

My interest is health in the holistic sense (which for me means physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and social - and that these are different dimensions of our experience; not separate bits of us).

Looking forward to stimulating discussions here.

Hey Evan! Great to meet you!

Holisitic health is a great field of study -- newer hospitals are incorporating relaxation techniques and feng shui into their layouts because they have been proven to help people heal. Do you think nutrition has much of a bearing on holistic health?

Welcome to the forums!
