| Hello everybody, I am Vincent from France and discovered Steve's very interesting blog a few months ago. As a computer enthusiast, I often thought that psychology would be a way to "debug" one's mind. And so, I hope to get a better control of my life and better knowledge of myself through personal development. I also hope to be able to help other people grow. See you on the forums. Vincent |

| The stress part I guess. It is like my brain is wasting energy and I feel like I can't do anything outside my comfort zone, including taking steps in the direction of personal development. So I feel tired most of the time and have low motivation. My feeling is like I would already know a lot of things I could do or should do to improve myself, but I don't feel like doing them, like if I was waiting for something to happen or wake me up. For example I know I should do some sports and eat less junk food, but taking the steps is already out of my comfort zone. So I guess what I need is maybe micro micro baby steps. At least I registered to this forum now |
