| My name is Jim Jones and I have been selected to help moderate the Health and Fitness forum. I couldn't be more excited! To tell a little about myself; I am 28 years old, work as a software engineer and am currently engaged. I'm a voracious learner, consuming myself with whatever grabs my interest at the time. I’m probably a bit ADD and a bit autistic (self-diagnosed). For those who are fans of the Myers Briggs test, I am an INTJ. So what qualifies me for moderating the Health and Fitness forum? I almost feel awkward admitting this but to be truthful, I am still on the path to becoming physically fit. I don’t have ripped abs or bulging biceps. I was physically active all through my youth but after college, I let myself go and before I knew it, I developed health problems due to my weight (extremely high blood pressure). I was actually hospitalized due to my high blood pressure which gave me the red alert to start exercising! I am one of those individuals that must immerse themselves into whatever endeavor they choose, so along with my own personal program for getting into shape I developed a website that helps others develop their own workout plan. So here I am, striving to get healthier and through these forums and my website, hopefully helping others to do the same. I've enjoyed Steve's articles since the days of Dexterity.com and am extremely excited to be associated with such a passionate group of readers. I can't wait to meet everyone!

| Great to meet you Jim, I love the quote in your signature! I hope you can help me develop a workout plan over time. I've gotten into the eating healthy thing, but excercise hasn't been planned into my schedule in about six months. I like yoga and.... not running! We'll get you thinking creatively. See you around! |

| I can get you into shape Dave! Cardio and weight training is the best combination for physical fitness, and if you're already eating healthy then watch out, you may be buying new pants sooner than later. Let me know when you want to get started.

| First post in and love Steve's stuff. I'm a personal trainer in Canada and author of the book "Fat To Fit". If anyone needs some help, I'm around to offer my two cents. I originally came in here for the 1 million dollar experiment and found more goodies that fit in with the "head space and timing" of personal development that help both my clients and myself. I love the fact that I can now come in here and chat with other like minded folks! |

| Fitness as moderator, that is. I am life and business coach. I help people to use blogging and video blogging as the powerful marketing tools that they are. Anyway, I have found that coaches, therapists, and mentors contribute at just the right level to enhance their own development. Being a coach is a shortcut to personal development. Ask me how I know this! I usually draw in clients who are struggling with similar issues as myself. Often times, my client are actually a few steps ahead of me. I love this. It pushes me. I have to rise to the occasion and Source comes through me to speak to my clients. I find myself saying to myself, "Are you listening to yourself, Heather?" I tell my clients, too. They think I am crazy but keep coming none the less as my interest is peaked and a great energy seems to surround our work. Congrats on the leadership position. I think you are starting a fabulous journey which will bring opportunities that you hadn't even considered before. Enjoy the magic and momentum!
