| Well hello i found this site when googleing for a way to sleep less and found the article on polyphasic sleeping. It interested me a lot, then i realized this site/forum is awesome full of many things and advice on how to fix your life, Steve also sounds like a pretty damn cool guy =). I guess my goals in life for now are: Learn to sleep less (6 or less hours a night because i think sleep is an utter waste of time, but needed to keep functioning =) ) Gain Weight/ Muscle Im almost 16, im 5' 6'' and i wright only 95 pounds =)! And probably reduce my procrastination. Im in IB classes which are "harder then normal classes" and look good for college, problem is i get butt loads of homework and always procrastinate (but i still finish) So feel free to suggest any threads about any of those above topics ^ and uhh yea I hope to enjoy it here Thanks, Aakash / Yohojo |
