Hello Everyone, my name is Rob and I'm from Canada. It's March and we still are having a bit of a cold winter (winter has really dragged on this year, it has felt colder & uglier than in many years). Suffice it to say I'm waiting for spring to show up and melt all of this !@#$% snow! Honestly this last year (and the couple before it) has been the toughest in my whole life but it's also been a year where I have rec'd alot of relief from some of my personal problems and I'm feeling happier now than I have in a long time. I'm really excited about learning more about personal development, the power of realizing my potential, I'm totally hooked on the law of attraction (you could say I'm "attracted" to it) and intention manifestation. After successfully manifesting some intentions I know that there is something definitely happening behind the scenes and I just have so many questions about this as well. Moving from a life where I have always felt powerless to a direction where I'm really starting to believe I have control is very liberating & inspiring (and a little scary). Going from one extreme to another may not be entirely healthy in some opinions (but technically it's only my own consciousness & reality that counts so maybe I need to let go of that opinion also) but I'm riding this wave for now and I'll take it as far as I can go. Cheers to everyone who visits this site, the people who frequent the forums and also to Steve Pavlina for setting up such a great site. I feel a bit like a sponge trying to soak up every bit of knowledge from this site.

Hi Rob, I just joined this forum yesterday and I, too, am very excited about chatting with everyone. I am glad to hear you've overcome the challenges that were dealt to you the past couple of years! Welcome to the forum. Sherif

Hey Rob, welcome to the site! I think you'll definitely enjoy the I-M community here. One thing I'd try is asking for help in phrasing your intentions correctly, there is always lots of very positive, helpful feedback for that.

the feedback thus far has been incredible, both here and the IM forum, I'm just loving this site, I can't describe it, well maybe I can, - it makes me feel so very positive to be a member of this site!
