Default Feature Testing for New Users

I'd like to use this thread to test a few of the (unique) features of vBulletin. Maybe this will be of use to others, wanting to try e. g. multi-quoting, too.

It didn't nest the quotes... That's a feature that I'm used to with Invision's boards. The multi-quoting worked wonderful, though.

It's interesting that replys can have their own titles, though. That seems to be a feature that ties in with the Threaded display mode.

Might I ask what nesting is? Does it mean like tabbing them over for each one, or putting one inside the other. We used invision powerboards on my last one I think, is that the same company as vBulletin?

Multiquote seems to be a flag. Testing that with this post...

Nesting is where you have a quote inside of another quote... I'm testing it by adding what you quoted from me manually.

Where do we post bugs?

It seems, there is a problem with editor set to "Enhanced Interface". When I use this option, editing becomes extremely slow and CPU usage surges to 97%. First I thought it is Firefox misbehaving, but in "Standard Editor" mode everything seems to be fine.

Can anyone reproduce it, or it is just me?

I use the enhanced interface, I don't see a bug with that.

However, when I deleted a post last night it totally bugged out my whole General forum. I deleted a double post and copy pasted them together (instead of merging- doh!) on the first thread, and somehow the 2nd thread in the general forum ended up with only its first post readable and the other seven or eight deleted. I undeleted those, and it showed the thread as deleted. I undeleted the thread, and it was fine, but I went back to thread #1 and the merged post had been undeleted.

What the heck?

I want to test infractions , but I don't want to offend anyone and I can't give infractions to myself.
So, volunteers are welcome.
And maybe General forum mod will practice moving this post to Moderators forum.
