I am Lauren or laurenpk55. After 30 years of a self -imposed hell on earth and 15 years of personal change, I am using my insight and experience to assist and support others in their own journey.My Personal Development Site and Life Coaching have transformed those years of pain, self abuse and despair into a positive tool in helping others.
