| I've been reading Steve Pavlina for a few months; thought I would pop in and see what people are saying. I first became really interested in personal development this Summer while trying to get over a really massive depression. It was the first time I'd ever really felt weighed down for any significant period of time, and during it I realized just how much work I needed, but that first I had to learn to accept myself. It's been a rough few months since then, and while I'm in a position where I'm more emotionally stable, I still suffer from a lack of congruency... go figure. Anyways, I guess I'll be around. |

| Welcome to the boards, Foggy. Mind the gap. By the way, this lack of congruency you feel is pretty typical. I know that I've felt it, still do to a degree, and I haven't jumped off a building yet. So you're not alone. We're all in your corner.
