Hi all!

I've been reading Steve's blog for last couple of weeks and I started poking around Erin's today. I have actually been avoiding Erin's and I finally had to ask myself why. I don't have any answers. I shouldn't feel so uncomfortable since I became interested in the paranormal at a very young age. I wanted to learn how to astral project in my teen years. I haven't been successful with it yet mostly because I haven't tried it again since then. I saw a ghost at the age of six. I had a really scary experience with a Ouija board when I was about seventeen. I have been able to "lucid dream" for as far back as I can remember. My father taught me how because I would have terrible nightmares when I was little. Over time I turned my back on my curiosity and convinced myself that it was all hooey. Something tells me inside that it is why I am currently experiencing resistance in most areas of my life and I want to change that. I'm looking for friendship and support along the way.

Well, I hope I've made some sense...

Blessed be,

Linda

Hi, welcome! I am quite new too..

I used to be interested in paranormal activities too. But i have never experienced one. And i don't know how to explore any. I used to read about them. But now, the interest is not reli that strong anymore.

I very rarely have nightmares, i havent seen a ghost but i had an experience with Ouija board which scare the hell out of me. But i am not sure if it was real or some friends pranked me.

I do have the experiece of being 'paralysed' during sleep at night, while conscious. Not being able to move and cant scream a word. I talked about this with some friends and most of them experienced this too. Some said it happens when the shadow of ghosts fall on us or a spider crawling on the ceiling over the bed where we sleep. Do you have any idea of what this is??
