Totally New Here

Yesterday being one of those "dummies" on a dead end job. Went home to a conversation with my partner that struck a cord and was way too enlightning.
I'm soon to be 56 years old, sometimes I ramble so stick with me ...
Anyways all this past summer I've become more dissatisfied with my paying job of the past 10 years.
Bought the CD "The Secret."
Yes, I've heard alot of all that before being one of those avid readers of self help books and listening to many tapes etc.
Anyways I'm on the putor this morning and run across an article by Steve Jobs. "You've got to find what you love" Than the next page I click on is Steve's page "10 Reasons You Should Never Get A Job". Ok, is this The Secret at work or what.
I loved it .... so anyways I've decided to join this site.
I'm really tired of other people in my life trying to mold me into their little robot. 10 years ago I was running the arts and crafts circuit doing over 50 art shows a year and literally wearing myself out. So I decided getting a real job was the answer.
I've kept up with my own business to a certain degree and am definitally not going back to hauling and setting up at shows any time soon.
I'm searching for some answers and I know I'll find them. Just have to find the right sources and I believe being here will help me on this new road of discovery.
So a big HELLO to everyone! Might I come in ... sit down and join you?
