| HI! My name is Tom, I'm from the Netherlands. Have been actively working on personal development for a year or so.. although I only found out a few weeks ago it has a name, and a community, and a whole lot more unexpected subjects to it . It kind of started with me taking a look at myself in my (former) current situation, frowning, and deciding to take a training in time-management. Which was the place I learn a nice set of skills to enfore time-management AND self-reflection; a lot of problems adressed by time-management are rooted in discipline and motivation. Well you all know that, but it got me reading and selfreflecting and getting the insight i could do A LOT better. I stumbled upon SP.com about 3 weeks ago while following a link about polyphasic sleep and I have been reading SP.com since. Currently working on conditioning getting up when the alarm clock rings Managed a few times even (when i woke up before it rang...). Anyway. thought I might just as well join this community and I'm looking forward to some intesting discussions with all of you. |

| Well, the Netherlands is not that big so in terms of some other countries i'm pretty close to anywhere. It's about 1,5 hour away by car. I'm near Enschede, only known by a firework factory explosion flatterning a cityblock. |
