 Newbie from WV :) Hello all, I found Steve's Web site a few days ago and I can't seem to stop reading!  I had already begun a long journey of changing my life from the inside out last year, and I found this in my quest for more self-development knowledge. Since last October I have lost about 50 pounds, I started exercising five-six days a week, I gave up caffeine and dairy products, I am moving toward raw foodism, I am getting my financial house in order, and I just started a 32-day scaffold Thursday to get my time management under control -- in short, major construction.  I look forward to reading the massive knowledge base I am sure is here, and trying to contribute however I can. Speedy      |
