| Would just be interesting to hear. In order to be able to scan all the post I urge you to post a list: * the time when you started reading at pavlina's site - thing 1 it has done for you - thing 2... etc. For example: I've read the articles here for two years - increased my income by X % - learned how to play the guitar ...

| I've been reading Steve's site for 3-6 months now. Over that time, I've: - started rising regularly at 6AM rather than 7:30ish (and the 'ish' is important - lost 17kg (~37lbs) of weight - joined and now regularly participate in Toastmasters - been exercising regularly - eaten considerably healthier (primarily vegetarian but I eat meat occasionally) - generally felt more energetic and positive - increased my income by ~$75 per week I especially credit the 30-day trial for helping me to achieve the health changes, and Toastmasters has been great for building confidence.

| * 9 months-ish. - Got a new job with about 50% more income. (Increased courage) - Gave three large audience speeches. (200 to 300 people) I've never given a speech/presentation to more than a dozen people at a time before. - Started my blog, which is up to a whopping $10 in adsense revenue, despite no optimization. That's about $1 in profit. - Improved my relationship with my wife dramatically... One a scale of one to ten, where one is a completely dysfunctional family, and ten is similar to Leave it to Beaver, before, we were at a 5, now, at 7/8. - Became a moderator here.
