Hello Guys. My names John Monday, a writer from London, who currently is 26 and flailing around in the hinterland between unemployment and self-employment. I've lurked around here a while, owing to all the interesting articles and friendly discussion, so I thought I'd join up to do a little pimping of the new site: http://www.textualecstasy.com There's lots to do on the site, but the bare bones works well - I won't bore anyone with an overtly long description, but suffice to say - it's a charity attempting to offer writers the chance to self publish and receive money from selling their work with a 15% cut to the charity... thereby people can contribute in terms of their thoughts, as well as cold hard cash. Only about 300 generous book deals to cut before the target of £1,000,000 pounds is closed in on! Then however long that takes (because it's possible - no-one can argue with me that it isn't!) will be the time TextualEcstasy can begin to help the homeless in a very deprived part of East London Anyway, to find out more come come have a look, http://www.textualecstasy.com - Greetings and Introductions... very much value any feedback and contributions you can help me with. Even join up to make it less of a one man band then it currently is maybe? And big thanks to Steve for the freedom to pimp this, and the inspiration and motivation this site has provided... truly the example of this site and forum has prompted me to start this massive and ambitious endevour. |

John, thank you so much for introducing your website here. I think it's a damn good starting point for any writer with ambition! While I am not who you seek, I plan to send your website to my son who is an excellent writer. Thanks again and many wishes for loads of luck!

| Thanks Ree! I really appreciate your support, and hope your son achieves success in this competitive, but very stimulating discipline! The drive, optimism, passion and compassion of the people on this forum has been a real inspiration many times already... therefore it's only right that such fine peeps get the first bite of the TextualEcstasy apple. Have a great week everyone |

Would very much appreciate anyone's contributions to the site right now to get things going! Registration is easier then most sites, taking a maximum of 30 seconds - and contributing is even easier. Any volume of any subject of writing is welcomed, and very much appreciated to start a true grassroots charity for the fighting of homelessness in London. |
