Hi everyone - This is my first post. I am in the middle of moving from Massachusetts to Connecticut and probably should have waited to post until things settle down! I find myself drawn into this group, though, and wanted to say a quick hello as I sit here procrastinating. Packing is YUCKY! Anyway - I will go answer some of the stickys and look around a bit more. It is nice to be here.

Hi KindVegan welcome to this forum! It's great that you listened to your heart and joined us Why don't you like packing? You're lucky! I love packing and moving! I'm moving within my appt today. Putting everything in packing cases, carrying the furniture from one room to another and rearranging everything. I need it from time to time. Enjoy your packing... and have a nice day. I hope you'll like the forum.

Welcome, KV. Here's a hint about packing: If you find stuff that you haven't seen in a year and haven't missed it, get rid of it. Sell it, throw it away, donate it to charity or whatever. I have this rule about "stuff" in my life: when I get something new, something old goes out. Keeps the amount of junk in my life at a manageble level.
