 |  Hello from Australia
Hi All My name is Song. I'm 23 and I live in Mandurah, Western Australia. I have a 5 year old son who is currently in preschool and I work in marketing and study anthropology in uni. I first stumbled across here from a link from galadarling.com and I love it. My dream is to quit my job and start a jewelry making business based on magical symbols (I'm also a witch). I'm coming across a lot of opposition, especially from my partner and my parents, but I'll get there. It's also important to me to finish my degree at uni. I love history, anthropology and archeology and can't wait to travel the world learning about cultures from this time and the past. I have suffered from depression since I was 10, acute anxiety disorder since I was 14 and I was a cutter from when I was 12 until last year. At the moment I am trying EFT and zoloft and a heap of spiritualist studies which help me accept myself, but not my situation, and give me the motivation to change things. Welcome to the forums Song! If you are interested in the biological basis of depression and information on supplements, I made an earlier post about it here: I don't know if this belongs here. The post was meant for someone feeling suicidal, but a lot of the recommendations apply to depression & anxiety too. |

I wear short shorts and a wife beater singlet. I must be Australian! No really i am australian, and i love it. Im new to this site too, this spiritual development idea is awesome. I too have experianced depression for as long as i can remember. But this site will help. I dunno bout you but i actualy feel like ive got meaning in my life for once. To grow and become the best person i can be. Im sure itll become a more expansive idea once i get to know and understand myself better. But even a vague idea of the direction i want to go in with my life is a huge step to happyness. Welcome to a more positive future. |
