Hello all, here is a pic of my first rolled fondant cake, and gumpaste hearts

It looks delicious! Did the colors come out how you wanted (if this was the one for the wedding)? Looks great to me.

I really was disapointed in the Fushia color with the periwinkle, so I am not going to even bother with the fushia , I ended up buying a couple more colors wilton pastes and mixing the way another baker told me........ but I just did not like it .....,

so I think I am going to stick with the periwinkle blue/ 2 shades as shown on the cake, with the white.... I am very happy with those shades

For the cupcakes (100) of them, I am either going with the same blue only not fondant, but buttercreme, and white roses on top or vise versa white with blue

I'll post a pic after the wedding and show everyone ( lets just hope it is not a real humid/hot day, the day of the wedding

I think it looks complete without the fuschia...doesn't need anything else at all. Good work!
