I think it appropriate to conduct a thank-you thread, in lieu of Steve's possibly shutting down the forum. I found this forum back in 2009 when I was doing a Google search regarding Lightworkers. Steve's "Darkworkers" thread came up, and I was taken by surprise, as I had not heard of Darkworkers. I came and read what he had to say and was really impressed. Then I began to read some of Erin's work, and was also impressed. So....I stayed. And met a lot of terrific people. I met some I don't resonate with, but by interacting here, I learned more acceptance. Funny enough, I did not resonate with Angela for the longest time. In working within my own heart, I came to accept much of what she was saying, and this past month warmed up to her, as we both came to good terms on the "Christmas Industry" thread. Whatever the future, one thing is clear: we all come away from this forum better people. Bar none. |

I found Steve's blog through Tucker Max, who posted a link to one of Steve's posts on Delicious and was like, "Huh, this is actually pretty good. I always thought this guy was a sham." I really enjoyed the community here over the year or two I've been posting here. Can't say I disagree with his reasons for ending it, Tucker Max's message board ended for similar reasons. At some point, managing a message board becomes an administration nightmare. Thanks Steve, for pouring so much of yourself into this forum! |

All things in this world have their lifespan; maybe now is the end for these forums. There have been a lot of really valuable discussions and lessons on these boards, and it's also been a whole lot of fun to check in and read what everyone's got to say. Thanks, Steve. Thanks, Erin. Thanks, mods. Thanks to all you great folks who've posted here. Onward and upward. |

I have been on any number of forums and I have left them for one reason or other. One thing I like about the forum is it helps so many people who come here depressed or having problems. That was the reason I became Mod. I wanted to make it a better place for people to exchange free ideas and grow together. I don't know what will happen now. But it's a very good PD lesson people. Something which J. Krishnamurti talks about when he talks about death. Why is death so painful a thought, he asks. It's because you get attached to things. Kill the attachments, and you will die every day. Then you will know the meaning of life. Your job, your family, your career, your health - nothing is permanent. You are going to lose them one day. So start dying each moment for each of them and you will live. |

I don't recall how long ago it was, but some time after "The Secret" lost its luster, I began to scour the Internet for information on conscious manifesting. In the process, I kept seeing references to something called "The Million Dollar Experiment", which intrigued me. In short order, i was devouring IM/LoA related blog entries/articles, and then moving on into the forums, where I picked the brains of anyone who seemed to have nailed the phenomenon down and gotten it to work consistently. From there I moved on to a bit of disclosure about my life situation, explaining as best I could WHY I needed this IM/LoA tool (and at times verging on whining - thank you moderators for your tolerance! Thanks for having me, Steve, and putting up with my F&R antics! |

Staying online longer than I'd intended, I feel like the final track on the "Revenge of The Sith" soundtrack (bless you, John Williams, you remained true to the end!), where I could just tell that JW knew this was probably the last time he'd work with the theme, and wanted to stretch it out as long as possible...

I have met so many people here and hope to not lose touch. I am adding my FB profile to my siggie, please come find me I want to acknowledge the value I received from this forum. I found Steve's site through this forum. I enjoy reading his blog posts, and I also discovered Erin's work and have found great value there. I found this place because I was leaving another message board home that was experiencing a huge drama, similar to this one. It happens. xoxoxoxo |

Thank you, everybody, I've received a great support here. Thank you, Steve and Erin, for this forum with a wonderful community. I don't think any other forum can be better than this one. If it's possible, please, keep it going on. |
