I think the mods bend over backward to be fair . A forum needs rules. To a banned member there are other forums and boards . You might find you fit better . If you do log on to another forum or board respect there rules and the other members . A guy like me , I know we all have different beliefs and oppions , and take a few bad words . Not ever body can , Some people get hurt by a few bad words . desert rat

Ha! That you don't think that people really use bad words here, is thanks to the mods.

You have no idea what kind of nonsense people come up with. The mods are quickly to delete those posts so that the rest of us don't need to have our experience ruined by that.

This was mainly in responce to reefs getting banned . It is my hope that he/she will learn something and maby not make the same mistakes on the next forum . desert rat

I have been to a couple of forums and although it can be human nature to nit pick, I find this forum to be very tolerant in its attitude towards its members.
I also find that generally there is a reasonable amount of mutual respect and empathy shared between posters.

Yeah, the only forum I was ever banned from...boy, aren't you guys expecting THIS from me...I was framed. In fact, virtually all members were eliminated wholesale, at some point. It's the YBBS, and it proved to be a false 9/11 Truth forum...in other words, most likely set up to divert 9/11 Truthers' attention and energies. It's still on the internet and you can Google it up. What you'll see is a shell of a forum that once thrived as much as this one...at times, more.

I've received warnings from moonrambler, and her diplomatic way was enough to make me pause and ponder. She's like a sister to me, so I wasn't about to start a fight. And sure enough, time passed and the incident is of so little importance, now, that I forgot what it was. I think it had to do with donuts and mirrors, but I'm not sure. Possibly talkin' trash about nothuman.

On another forum, a member was very slick in conceiling acidy remarks (not "DuuUUude look at these COLORS!" acidy) and he was tolerated until he started making personal attacks that simply were figs of his imagination, designed only for charactor assasination. It is these types I am quite grateful to the Mods for screening and addressing. It's a messy job, and as has been expressed, there's better things to do with ones life than babysit sick puppies. In lieu of such experiences...which I'm confident Moonrambler has had her share...we should all be grateful to the thankless job they do.

UNLIKE nothuman, who is...well, it's just UNSPEAKABLE the things he suggests. In fact, I'll have NOTHING TO DO with him. He's not human, let's just say that. And another thing...

what? My time's up? And they're deleting this post? Oh. Okay.

Yesterday I started a down load of a Linnux distro DistroWatch.com: GhostBSD , I have limmited band with , and dont do any thing else on line. When I check my thread this morring , I find something about Santa's penis . If this distro runns ok on my system I will post something in the tec. part of the forum . Rite now I have windows 7 and dream as a dule boot DistroWatch.com: Dream Studio On Santa's penis , well I will leave that one alone . desert rat
