I was being facetious! Guess that doesn't always transfer too well online.

Even though it hasn't had the effect of tickling my funny bone to any degree, the 'humour' as you put it, seems to me as entirely irrelevant to 'personal development', or for that matter 'Spirituality, Consciousness, & Awareness'.

I agree, and am personally far more outraged by violence in the guise of entertainment than anything that has gone on re. this thread. In fact the only thing that generated some sense of outrage was that a new member, looking for something (I know not what) was discouraged to continue; seemingly a result of their opinion of the site based upon a viewing of your thread.

Whilst I regard, as do others, that as something of an overraction which might have been corrected with a little further investigation, but on the other hand, my point has been; hey there are more than sufficient stumbling blocks in this world to a valid sense of need towards self-improvement, to be further added to from a forum supposedly supporting a cure to the general disease - again; one of the symptoms to which you rightly point.

To have power over human sexuality in masses, is to have some kind of sick and twisted notion of power over life itself. It's not what life is about. We have all the bits that tell us we are supposed to feel good as much as possible, but a bunch of men hundreds of years ago have really made that tough for so many people to break out of.
