Hey everyone.

For those of us in countries that celebrate it, Halloween is almost upon us! So until the end of October, I'll be using the Michael Bay version of Optimus Prime as my avatar. A virtual costume, if you will.

If anyone else here would like to join me, feel free. Just be sure to post here so I can see your new avatar.

The idea of putting my own picture up and saying that it is 'dressing up' humours me for some reason. I'm strange.

I don't know how I managed to take this, but I'm the one that looks like she is having a religious experience this time. If I was skilled with photo shop, I'd put a halo around my head and refer to my self as Nuestra Senora de los Gatos.

You need a wider and more intense stare, combined with a zombie-like 'beatific' smile... Those "Marian vision" experience photos/films always spook me big time, especially one I once saw where the kids doing it kept staring and smiling while walking backwards - BRR!!!

Back in the 80s Mom subscribed to a newsletter by Veronica Leuken (below); I was creeped out by the whole business, and didn't hesitate to tell Mom so. It took awhile, but she eventually saw what I meant.

My last time was in the 70s , I was 16 . I took an old bead sheet and cut eyes in it . People would say things like " arent you a little old for this ? " or " I saw your hear before I am not giving you any candy " . desert rat
