I love you Scott! This is Maya; my baby and sweet angel. I'm still waiting for the day she replies back: 'Je t'aime, ma belle humaine!'. It is imperative in the cat world for one to jump underneath the sheets of your 'beautiful human's' bed if she happens to be making it, btw. |

Scott: Do you know how to access the url of the pictures who have uploaded to the web? Just take the url and encase it between the code . There is a hot key to do this on the reply window. It looks like a picture and it is beside the quote function.

Well, lets just use some of the photos you uploaded on here. If you go to your album, click on the picture that you want, right click your mouse and select copy image location, that will copy your url and all you have to do is 'paste' the url into the code. You can paste by holding down ctrl and hitting the letter p on your key board or you can right click your mouse on the text screen and select paste. I suspect you can do the same thing on Facebook or Flickr. If you select the image and it opens in a new window, you might be able to just copy the url at the address field on your internet browser. I'll post the image of your cats that you have on here if you want. Just try it out on your own first, and if you can't figure it out, I'll post it. |

This is my Bella. She's about 3 years old now. She's had a litter of 9 kittens who all went to live together as barn cats, but now she's fixed and is happy as a bug. |

Molly is yonger than Q 13? I guess but she has to claw she way up on bed she out of shape. Q leaps she is tiny cat. The vet said the average age for a cat is 20 years. I thought the old cat on record is a cat in England at 34 but I found this on video on YouTube Sheba - World's Oldest Living Cat! - YouTube

Oh, wow. Really? Are you talking about human years or cat years? I think the oldest cat we had was around 17 or 18 and the poor creature went blind near the end. It is amazing how animals adapt though. I think I would have cried in a bloody heap of hopelessness if I went blind. He was only confused and visibly upset for about a day and then he learned to use the walls in order to guide his movements. His name was Tiger. I'm glad that Q is feeling better because of the new diet. Quote:

Farm life is different and I can't stomach it very well. I'd much rather eat meat that I've never met. As a matter of fact, when I was kid we raised a couple calves to slaughter that my grandpa fell in love with and had to sell because he just couldn't send them off to the slaughter house. LOL. And he's an old farmer. We did slaughter our own meat for a while when I was older, but I couldn't have anything to do with the cows. I felt so bad looking them in the eye. And they're so cute when they're little.

I should not say average age I think I posed the quest as how long can cats live like we all now people in there 90s. I don't think animals are affected by disability like humans, they are not vain or have egos. Some people would be upset about losing there hair to cancer but Q got shaved down and Molly did not care Then I save my head Q knows I'm bald but she just go to my eye brews to groom me I don't like pushing her away she like to groom me. Where do everyone cats sleep. Molly sleeps in bed with me most nights by my head and sometimes will go under the sheets. Q sometimes in bed and at my feet but she will sometimes curl up into ball between my legs which make it hard to turn over but doable. I got a Technic for that LOL Scott |

Oh, Maya seems to change sleeping spots every now and then. Sometimes I can't find her. Once she jumped up into my ventilation shaft. She'll sleep with me at night, which is just adorable. She'll curl up with me and let me cuddle her like a teddy bear. Quote:

Awwww... I love everybody's cats. I thought I had a cat, but this morning I realized that I don't. I have a Skittering Beast. I don't know exactly what a Skittering Beast is or does, but I've noticed that when she thinks we're not watching, my kitty's pupils get really huge and she sort of skitters around. Then, as soon as she sees us, she stops in her tracks, her pupils get small again, and she starts rubbing our legs and purring. It's all an act, I tell you... |

it looks like she wants her tummy rubbed. Here kitty kitty. My cat Molly will roll over on her back and I'll rub her tummy with my foot. I don't think I would let anything that 10x taller and heaver step on my belly LOL I guess I'm not as trusting. Scott |

I don't have a cat....I have a dog right now whom I love like she was my little sis. But I used to have a cat, and loved him to bits. I don't have a pic of him, he lived in the pre-digital-pic days! Anyway his name was Dushka which is (kind of) Russian for "Little Spirit" He was a big sleek cat, muscular and strong but slim. He almost looked like the Egyptian cat Goddess Bast (only he was obviously a dude not a girlie LOL!) He would go for walks with me like a dog, but he hated a leash so used to walk freestyle. He liked to try and work out how electricity made the kettle work....I often saw him watching the electric cord, then the plug, then the kettle, etc. I think he was very intelligent. He would come to me, like a dog, if I whistled him. He liked to play with money. The best game was if I threw coins on the ground, he'd chase them and collect them all together! He liked to play jokes on me. Like if I whistled for him sometimes he wouldn't turn up so I'd go looking for him down the mountain track where we lived. He would spring out from the trees then and take me by surprise. He knew what he was doing for sure -having a joke on me! He would climb mountains with me. Only he'd go so far then stop, and wait for me, and meet up with me when I was on my way back! Still Love ya Dushka...though it's been many years. A big beautiful Ash tree grows now where your bones are laid. May we meet again one day (hope you like dogs dude cos there are a whole bunch of dog-spirits I want to meet up with too!) |
