I stumbled across some methods to make dreams more interesting. As in, you wake up and think, holy crap, where the hell did that come from? And more vivid too. These methods are: I've been eating cottage cheese before bed, and that old wives' tale is definitely true. Taking ZMA before bed Taking piracetam before bed Taking GABA before bed Taking 5-HTP before bed Listening to hypnosis audios while you go to sleep (on repeat) I've noticed that eating before bed time seems to make it easier for sounds in the real world to show up in the dream world. Including the hypnosis CDs! I once heard the voice, and in my dream I'm checking my iPod and looking around thinking "Where the hell is that coming from?" In another I was working in an office alongside a dude in a karate gi, and he kept going "uuuuhhhhhhhh", which I believe was the sound of me snoring entering the dream. I've also heard alarms and stuff. Try it, it's fun. |

Haha...shall do. I've been wanting to kick start my crazy dream world again. Things have been pretty boring of late in that department, and I've always had really elaborate and crazy, colorful, rich dreams, so I'll be cottage cheesing it from now on! Cheers. |

My recall took a big jump just by resuming my humble little dream journal Last edited by Wax Frog; 08-13-2011 at 11:55 PM. |

Three things come to mind: 1) Ormus. You can do a search for it on this forum. My dreams are getting crazy vivid with increased recall. 2) Dream Play paraliminal - learning strategies. 3) Dream journal. Recording your dreams first thing upon wakening. When you go to bed set the intention that you will remember your dream, and that you want to remember your dreams. When you first wake up, have the first thought be 'what was I just dreaming.' Then go to town writing down as fast as you can different images and scenes from your dreams. Abrazos, juancito |
