Default Your art...

Yes you! I know for sure there are a few artists on here (painting, photography, graphic arts...).

Would you like to share a picture with us?

I'll upload one to get the ball rolling but I hope to see your stuff too

Here's a silver ring I made (today...sorry for my facebook buddies this is a repeat ) featuring an emerald gem:

Our programs must be slightly different. In your skew and stretch, do the same numbers for both until the photo is at your desired size, then save it or "save as" if you want to keep the original (I recommend this in case you want to print the original). Does it help at all?

Ok, that's a good tip. I wasn't sure where to start so I started at 20%...but that was way too small. This might take a while.

I guess it depends on the original size don't worry, once you've got the trick it'll take you not even one minute to re-size them!

It keeps saying there "isn't enough memory or resources to continue" when I change the dimensions to 50% on skew, and I've shut down all other programs going?

Open MS Paint > Open your image > Go to Images at the tool Bar > stretch/skew > reduce the height and width to 50%

And Weena your jewelry is beautiful. I especially like the new direction it seems to be taking, with the little furled tendrils of metal encasing the stone.

Well, my room is artistic enough. Not really. Very bare but I have lots of crystals in a corner (nature's art!). For the motivation, honestly if I did not have to run a household I'd be creating all day uninterrupted. the motivation is definitely there and I take any chance I get to get to work .

Phil says it sounds like your hard drive is too full and your program needs the space, even if temporarily, to resize the image. Perhaps if you move a couple of things to a memory stick to free up some space?

Ah, see we agree again. My personal favourites are the caged ones as well, especially after I apply a patina

Ok, I'll try that, though I don't own a memory stick right now. Maybe I can ask my housemate if I can use hers temporarily?
