Weird stuff you do when your lost in your own thoughts. Just now I went to make coffee: poured hot water, than poured some milk...than proceeded to put the kettle back in the fridge. I remember another time I came home checked the home alarm it was off so I turned it on and walked in. |

Lol. A while back, when I actually ate cereal, I put the cereal in the fridge and the milk in the cupboard. When I changed the toilet paper roll, I took the empty roll off, took a new roll off of the shelf, threw the new roll into the garbage can and placed the empty roll back on the holder. |

Just recently I was so thirsty for some cold water. I was pacing around the house cleaning and thinking. I came back in the kitchen to drink the water and looked around to put back the pitcher. I couldn't find it. I looked around the house retracing my steps. Eventually I had to leave the house. Upon returning home I went to the cupboard to get a glass for water and there was the pitcher, now with warm water in it.

A few years back some of my friends and a mother of one friend were all laughing for some joke or something. I just joined them when they were laughing and started laughing with them too. Suddenly they ALL look at me and start laughing hysterically and asked"why are you laughing"? and I said" I don't know" |

Got into a massive conversation with my mom the other day. We kept talking and arguing with each other, and in the process I grabbed the car keys and we were still arguing in the car. About a good 10 mins later down the road she turned to me and said 'Where are we going?. And I said 'Why did we even leave the house?' |

I once went sleep walking in the summer, and my mother found me in the morning in my swimming costume asleep on the sprinklers that had been on for some of the night. Another time, I woke up on the toilet with my doona. At some point I had taken it off my bed and dragged it into the toilet with me...and fell asleep sitting on my throne. |

Ha Ha its good to know that i am not alone. I stood outside a department store entrance once thinking that it was an automatic door. It wasn't so i looked a right fool standing there, waiting for it to open for me lol.Last week i got into the passenger seat of my car. I didn't know if anyone had seen me so i pretended to be looking for something in the glove box and then got out and got in the other side. |

I have put my purse in the fridge, and have searched for my glasses while they were on my face... I have also called my husband to ask him where my cellphone was | |

One time I introduced myself as my brother's brother, when in fact I am my brother's sister. I had the word brother on the mind I suppose and at the moment of introduction, it just came out wrong! "Hi, I'm Joe's brother." I think I meant to say, "Hi, Joe is my brother." Everyone paused for a split second and then we all burst into laughter!

I was once walking mindlessly through the mall without realizing that I was approaching a mirrored wall. When I got close enough, I thought to my self 'Who the hell is this person and what is she doing!... Oh its me... Quick! Pretend that you were just checking your face and pull away!' |

You know how cordless phones have a "find" button? Quite often I catch myself seriously thinking about pushing a find button for anything I've lost. Remotes, shoes, jewely. lol. Ahhhh...technology, you've ruined me. Oh, and very clumbsy. Once I was walking through the mouse isle at Best Buy (electronics store) wondering if when referring to computer mouse you would say computer MICE for plural...I still don't know the answer. Anyway, I ran right into a pole with a fire extinguisher hanging on it, bashed my nose up, my lip, and my chin. The manager saw me and brought me a bunch of paper towels for all the bleeding, which was nice. Anyway, I went in there last week and he was still there and says, "HEY! Aren't you the girl who..." YEAH...that was me. Thanks for remembering. Last edited by momo3bur; 05-16-2011 at 04:36 AM. |

Sometimes I accidentally switch the first two letters of two words while speaking. I hate toing dhat. I figure it's some sort of brain malfunction with a comical twist. I was once telling somebody on a phone how much I disliked some other person. It turns out I was talking to the person I disliked. |

| To be honest, I think my head must have hit a wall the day it happened, because the person suggested that we meet the person who I thought I was on the phone to, lol. I still, for some reason, confused the two voices during that call. It didn't go down too well, as you can imagine. |
