I have honestly no idea. I think it is like a surprise... Sometimes you can, sometimes you can not. Life is like a box of chocolates and so is the rep system....

You need 100 points. The number of points per rep. depends on how much reputation (and maybe number of posts too?) the person repping you has.

Maybe I get one extra simply for being a mod? I doubt it... but it would be cool!

You start with one. When you reach 100, you get a second. 200 gets you three

I doubt it -

At 100 points you get 2 squares, at 200 points you get 3 squares, and when you make it to 300 points, you'll get 4!

Because you start with one so
100 points=2 bars
200 points=3 bars
300 points=4 bars
and so on...
