"The Party Ain't Over" -the new cd from Wanda Jackson, produced by Jack White (who also plays guitar on it). She's the 'Queen of Rockabilly' and legend has it the first woman to ever sing rock'n'roll. She's 73 now, and still has it! And Jack White's production of the cd is truly inspired -an outstanding collaboration that works incredibly well. As one reviewer put it, its 1958 meets 2011. |
