Default Fire roasted salsa

If you do as I do and take a bunch of the fire roasted salsa packets from Taco Bell and put them in your pants pockets. Take them out before going to sleep in your cloths, if not you might wake up , see the redish brown liquid ozzing from you pants and think did I get get drunk and get stabbed in the leg or what ? desert rat

Fire roasted salsa sounds delicious...

Have you had a personal experience with what you've described here, desertrat?

I always loved the little messages that are on those sauce packets at Taco Bell. They are like little messages from the universe that all is well in the world.

I love this salsa, it was when I was putting a big hand full of packets in my pockets , I thought what if I bumpet into a table with these, it woud make a mess. I only got that drunk once , early 90s wisky and weed , woke up with the room spinning , how the hell did I get home ? One of roysters posts got me in a weird mood. desert rat

A similar thing happened to me about 30 years ago. I got super inebriated/stoned one night and had a nosebleed in my sleep (I used to have them a lot when I was a kid, and still occassionally got them back then in my late teens). Anyhow, I woke up with a terrible hangover, and there was blood everywhere...all over my pillow, my face...it was pretty gross. Took me a little while to figure out what happened.

And yes, fire roasted salsa is delicious...especially when you can find it made with chunks of fresh ingredients, instead of just the Taco Bell packets (although they're good too).

Dude, I keep looking at this thread and getting hungry for some awesome Mexican food. Do you have good Mexican out there, desertrat? Why are you eating at Taco Bell when you live in Arizona?! That is like eating Pizza Hut in New York.

I second this emotion. Whenever I arrive in los Angeles, I literally head straight for "The Burnt Tortilla" for the standard order of 2 cheese encheladas, beans, rice and a taco. It's the first thing I do, THEN I head for the family. There just isn't any place here in Virginia for authentic Mexican food.

Taco Bell is about the only fast food I eat.

And who can resist the joke,

"That Mexican telephone company, Talk-O-Bell"?

I know some good restrants , for fast food Taco Bell is not bad. I think my fav. salsa is pico de gallo , tamatos , chiles , in chunks , cilantro , ect. ( not at taco bell) . The little packets fit beter in my pockets. The rely good salsa fits beter in glass jars, and goes beter on corn chips. desert rat
