If no one has answered you, then I can offer that the joke is based on the NAME of the car. "Anal probe" is reportedly a device UFO occupants use on humans...for what, it has never been explained, and there seems to be no other reason to present the "information" to the public other than to arouse fear.

In the U.S., "anal" is sometimes used in the context of being excessively clean..."anal retentive" is the term, 'anal' is a shortened version of the expression.

So the joke is: people see the thread title and are thinking UFO's, then see a very clean car named "Probe". Few expect THAT.
