Abandonment issues are real toughies...I've had a few myself.

Kudos that you've become so balanced in your outlook. I learned that when our earth parents die, we are adopted by the Earth and Sun..."Parents that will never leave you".

While a fat inheritance is great, it does not reflect my childhood or family life. In fact, things didn't turn around until four years ago...and my father had long since left the planet.

That inheritance gets me a LOT of chocolate chip cookies, which of course is the currency of Potlatch.

Having recently re-discovered slot machines, I'm ordering one that accepts and pays out in cookies. (You really can't call them "slot machines" any more, because coins don't come tumbling down when you win. I sort of miss that).

This explains how terminologies change with "progress". The Pleadians say the referrence to their spacecraft..."beamship"...stems from an old, obsolete propulsion system.

Does you computer "compute"?
Does your telephone actually "ring"?
Does this have anything to do with ordering up another Shirley Temple? (Or worshipping in one?)

With the Success of Winter Potlatch earlier this year, we went on to celebrate Potlatch In July as some kind of half-baked, trying to remember the good ol' times, though not really getting there Holiday!

To keep up with festivities in the dead heat of Summer, we all still jumped in the same bed with the refrigerator hoisted above us with the door wide open to try and somehow get the Winter Potlatch feeling. It was great, the women however kept complaining that they felt one too many legs under the blankets, Rude Dolf managed to sneek into the house throught the sewage pipes (now un-frozen and perfectly accessable...) and stole everybody's clothes. Everybody resorted to just wearing cheap left-over Christmas crap from last year on the way home. Something truly special!

Next year we are planning to go a bit cheapo and throw all our Christmas crap in the park instead.

This sounds a LOT like the meaningful activities we all enjoy at Camp Royster...except the refrigerator. We try not to hang things from the trees (except when we launder money) beause ZephyrusX perceives them as pinatas and tries to whack them off.

"Whacking them off" is a personal part of Winter Potlatch. Come to think of it, so are pinatas.

I hope I spelled "pinatas" correctly. I wouldn't want people to think of cocktails when I'm referring to beaks.
