She is, isn't she? When I was thinking of women to post for this thread, I found that it's rare for me to find a woman attractive that hasn't moved me in some other way besides their looks. Each one of these women are amazing at what they do, be it a particular movie that I fell in love with or a complete body of work. I fell in love with them because of what they've done, and their looks are simply a bonus.

Agreed. It's usually the way a woman moves that moves me. Just seeing her walk across the room can get me flustered.

But strangely, I'm not too turned on by women dancing. I like to see their natural movement in relation to their environment.

Wow.....just occurred it's so true for me too. Hard for me to find just a picture attractive. All the ones I posted are the ones I already think I love their personality (either from seeing their work or just connecting with the vibes they put out).

It's true, lots of people don't look attractive based on looks alone. Then you get to know them a bit and suddenly you think they look awesome. But since I can only judge based on looks here, I will say I am not attracted to the style of a lot of these women. Too feminine.

Also, some people look hot in person but not in photos.

Even in a thread that shows some diversity among women, someones always has to post a disclaimer 'don't expect to find many of these women irl' and 'it's sets an unrealistic standard for women yada yada'. We get it. We get that a lot of people would rather that 'inner beauty' was the chief attraction factor (myself included on this), that many think that 'role models' (celebrities) should be less hot as to not hurt the delicate feelings of females.

We get it.

I don't need you to tell me what it looks like and I don't need you to hold my hand through it. Don't get your hopes up sweetie I've lived in the real world longer than you and those girls are few and far between It sure is nice that you've got me to tell you how the world is, since you're too incompetent to interpret it alone.

Maybe I should look more for discussions about attractive women on male-dominated internet communities, because there you are much less likely to come across women (men can do it too though) that try to subtley and indirectly chastise men for their natural inclination to be attracted to young and fertile looking women, and perhaps for using the convienience of looking up models and celebrities on google (I am talking generally not to you specifically here so don't get all offended). 'just remember that looks fade with time ','Ugh, our media is too focused on youth, why can't they focus more on old people???', 'You are objectifying women waaaah!', 'these pictures sets an unrealistic ideal for women and I don't approve', 'men think with their dicks', 'why can't you like women for their personalitiiiiiieees???'

Male sexuality is the way it is, don't try to rationalize it ('looks fade with time!') or shame us ('you're so shallow!') into changing.

That's how I feel. That was on the top of my mind when I saw the thread and I won't make an effort to find a photo that isn't photoshopped by some average looking girl in order to not risk the female populace getting discouraged by the honesty of an average male. (not that I can't find average women irresistible, too, of course)

And I've seen many women in the real world (yes I do live here too) that look better than many supposedly «gorgeous» celebrity women.





PS: If anyone feels like replying to the tone of this post and tell me that I'm probably very upset about something and I'm projecting let me spare you the trouble: I am not. I just feel like posting in a tone that is more 'feisty' than neutral some of the time.

Interesting that you emboldened "God" when trying to point out that Shiva is male. Certainly Gods can be female, too?
