Holy cow! I want this drink! Including the strawberries!

I haven't eaten anything today yet. Unless you count the after-midnight chips I ate last night. They've prevented me from getting hungry. It's 4:12 p.m.

Today was worse than yesterday.

I had left over cold spinach and mushroom pizza(Freschettas YUM I can't stand pizza chain pizzas anymore LOL) for breakfast.

Lunch was some cold cheese and pepperoni pizza. I should have pulled the pepperoni off but oh well. I'm trying to cut back on meat for cholesterol reasons and ethical reasons too.

Dinner vegetarian chili but I cheated and used canned beans and tomatoes. I use my own seasoning combo because I try to watch the salt. I'm sure the beans and tomatoes had enough sodium. EEK Oh and cornbread, the cheap Jiffy boxed kind. I suppose I should learn to make it on my own one day but that was a quick grab.

Oh well that is my attempt at slowly switching to vegan. But on a budget so I have to utilize left overs for lunch a lot of times. I find it rather hard because I always seem to live with omnis. I was gonna fix some ground beef for my brother to add to his but he had ate out so I just saved it. I want to try for raw food up till dinner. See how that goes. It can certainly cut out a lot of the junk and processed packaged foods.

I tried Almond Dream Bites the past couple days(between me and my daughter we ate them over 2 days) though and OMG they can really get me in trouble like ice cream does. But totally as tasty as ice cream and I found I could stop with a serving which isn't true with the cow milk based ones. WHOA!

I had a big plate of delicious vegetarian organic grains and salads and roast vegies with a really yummy black-eyed beans and butter beans salad with a vinagrette...god it was yummy
Then I had a cup of tea and a rolled cigarette and before that a joint with a buddy.

I just consumed a mini bar of good quality organic white chocolate, and I'm about to ingest as much saki as I can handle once Ellie gets her ass over here Where are you Ellie, the party's about to start...

Okay so today I had:

a black coffee with one sugar
A ham and cheese and coleslaw sarnie
a choc pudding with cream
I pack of pickled onion crisps.

Spag bol
followed by 8 jaffa cakes and tea.

Good good, I could have done with out the choccie biccies and pudding and cream and crisps and the sugar in my coffee, and less bol and less spag.

ok, I am loving this thread.

Good for dieting.

Oh and I did 2 mins of exercise. I am so proud of myself.

3 slices of fresh organic spelt bread toast with nut butter and 3xberry jam. Spelt is so good for my digestion, my stomach always feel so clean after I eat it. My new fave grain.

Exclamation

Big Mac with fries and a drink

And I also found out how to make a wicked hot chocolate.

Mug of milk heated, add 2.5 heaping teaspoons of your standard powdered hot chocolate mix. Add one of those small snack cups of fudge chocolate pudding, mix in. Add two fair sized teaspoons of whipped cream.

Freaking amazing. Likely about 3500 calories.

I had three chocolate chip blueberry pancakes! Must remember not to put blueberries in the ones I leave over night. They are only good fresh off the pan! After that they go sour.

I'm having some gourmet hot dogs.

I know that sounds like an oxymoron, but really - they're awesome. They're more like good quality sausages.

I went and bought some strawberries and cream kefir yoghurt drink after seeing that image posted earlier...had that first thing with two slices of spelt toast with nut butter on one and tahina and honey on the other with the jam spread ontop of both.

Lunch: An energy roll that I bought a few of to freeze. They're like sausage rolls but with tofu, rice and vegies seasoned with tamari...so yummy. And a packet of Chilli flavoured Kettle chips. An organic Fuji apple following all this.

Dinner: 2 good quality organic pork and fennel sausages with snow peas and bok choy sauteed in garlic, olive oil and soy sauce.

Loads of water all day. I've come down with a flu so I'm flushing everything out.

What a couple crap days of eating. Yesterday I had way too much Mountain Dew. I usually have one if that and I had 3 in the day. After the second I was so jittery I couldn't stand it. Finally feeling normal again today.

Oh well had lasagna and garlic bread(had the moms over) for dinner after a big salad and then we all split a very small cheesecake for dessert(5 of us).

Of course with a night like that I woke up and didn't want fruit. UGH! Or any of the other billions of breakfast foods around here so I settled on half a Hershey bar(had it laying around my 6 year old and I have been splurging once a week or so with a smores) and an organic banana that is a little to ripe for me. I think I'll be making banana bread today.

I woke up to the beating drums and my father as always threw the tomahawk at my head while I slept so that I would have to catch it in my pre-awakened state.

In jest I threw it back at his forehead and he caught it by the blade, umarred.

We then walked around the forest and found the saber tooth tiger we searched for. We found its foot prints in the underbrush.

We threw 4 tomahawks into its eyeballs and brains and went to collect the meat.

We cooked it for a few moments on open flame then ate it as you call "rare".

AKA I ate rare Saber-tooth tiger meat

Didn't eat much today, as I was sick in bed with the flu
Oh, I had two slices of spelt toast with the same toppings as before at around noon, and then nothing really until just before when I had 3 Malaysian Tofu steaks grilled with a stir fry of white cabbage, onions, garlic, leeks, baby bok choi and snow peas.

Satisfying and light and tasty
