| THERE AUGHTA BE A THREAD JUST FOR COFFEE DRINKING IN THE MORNING. Someone should start just such a thread. Maybe they will. Good morning Shasah. We have a virtual heat wave here in Virginia; 43 degrees F expected as the high. Some good melt-down, though the last mile to my house is ice, and will be for the rest of winter. YUCK. Apparently I can't change the title of this thread, and I can't delete it, either. I'll just have to live with BEING A BOY NAMED 'SUE'. the BREAKFAST CLUB is supposed to be the title, should any sympathetic MODERATORS decide to help out, here. |

don't you/ forget about me/ I'll be alone/ dancing, you know it, baby This is the song Simple Minds wrote for the movie, "The Breakfast Club". I remember the movie well; I was in Indianapolis in September of 1983, moving from California to Washington, D.C. in a '73' Grelin I bought for $35. The purpose of the visit was to see Grandma and two aunts. My cousin was there, too, and we went to see that movie. Someone ran a stop sign on the way to the theater and we got broadsided. No injuries, and we didn't even miss the movie. National Lampoon's "Vacation" was also playing (Chevy Chase) and we managed to see that another night. "The Breakfast Club" was rather abstract, but it's sort of like this forum. And I've gravitated to having morning coffee here. And now it's time to go to work. |

So now it is appropriately titled as a thread for morning coffee before going out into the world, (to answer Marinik's question)...some exchanges of the day starting, as time doesn't allow for a whole lot of creativity. We have a whole day to think about that, and something to look forward to when we get home. Perhaps I should just "get a life". For now, I'll just "get another cup of coffee".

Fear not; the caffine will kick in. Good to see you. VERY happy about your good fortune! And also, we'll get to SEE Chaos and Deja. Heat wave here! Expected high of 45 today. I'm still working locally, and that means my own bed at night in the Rat Hole, as opposed to having to be well-mannered in Alexandria. >slurp< |

It's supposed to be a beautiful weekend here so I plan on getting out and enjoying it. May just drive to what they call mountains around here and soak up some nature. Or just head to the local park. Not sure yet. (first cup gone, time for the second)

I have a small adventure planned for this afternoon. Part of it is stopping by LifetimeLearner's yard sale, and picking up a few items. |

Deep Purple...sorry, I'm old. Actually, I don't know where LTL IS. But the manifestation worked for you, so it'll work for her, too. Just got an A.A. call...friend in distress, but there's nothing I can do today. I bailed her out before, and can't help her today. It's a tough call. There, but by the Grace of God, go I. When I was 'courtin' Janice, we'd get into my Dodge Caravan and drive fro hours. What a great freedom to get to the intersection of the backroads, flip a coin to decide which way to go, then go. That kind of freedom doesn't come often, so I hope you enjoy every minute of it. Is Choas gonna flap ears in the wind out the window, or do you just get visitation rights? A GIRL AND HER DOG ADVENTURE. My clock is catching up with me...gotta head out, soon. >slurp! SLURP!< |

Can you imagine, I'm actually going to the gym? I'm such a slacker LOL. Hope you have a great day!!! I have a feeling mine's going to be another where I get to use the word fantabulous.

Let's drop all this huggy-huggy stuff and get down to the foundations: what are we having for breakfast? After 53 years of looking bleary-eyed across the table at somebody looking bleary-eyed back at me, it's time to pay more attention to what's on the stove, dammit. Travellers and Europeans may be familiar with that queen of calories and Gargantua of grease, the FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST. The most monumental one I ever attacked included, on a platter-sized plate: small steak lamb kidneys pork sausages bacon black pudding hash browns fried egg fried mushrooms fried tomato fried bread baked beans I didn't ask for seconds. |

| Today I could not find my camera Then went to a lookout and enjoyed the view and some conversations for a while. Enjoyed it very much. Sunshine and peace with a view. Gotta love it!! So, while I was driving, I decided I needed to manifest my camera back for when I visit the dogs tomorrow. And guess what? It was in my best friends car which she told me about 5 minutes after I got back |

MOST excellent! LifeTimeLearner had those prints at her yardsale, y'know...only $130.00. Today was an interesting day, would be hard to describe, but I visited several worlds and took soundings. Yep; I'm right on the charts. So I'm good to go. Radar callibrated, instructions received and Love prevails again. |
