| Quote: I'm not sure what the 10 mistakes are, but I can add an eleventh: Having a blog that will cause your customer's browser window to completely freeze up. I tried to open that link twice so far, on two different computers, using different OS's and different browsers. In Netscape 7.0 on XP, it completely killed my connectivity- I couldn't connect to any other sites until after I restarted the browser. In Firefox under OSX, it caused the window and all of it's tabs to completely freeze up. I closed the window and tried it again, in it's own window rather than a tab, and this time it only froze up it's own window. The article starts to load, then vanishes, except for the logo at the top. The window says waiting for pub.mybloglog.com... , and refuses stop loading, reload, or to open any other tabs. I know I won't be visiting his blog again any time soon, at least not until I know it won't hash my computer... | |

Edit: I just closed the window for his site, and Firefox CPU usage dropped from 65% down to 6%. Something ain't quite right... Last edited by WanderingOak; 02-20-2007 at 11:38 PM. | |
