I agree with Steve Wilson of Porcupine Tree: "the most depressing music is the best music" (paraphrased) But to name one (split in 2 parts): YouTube - Awaken by Yes Part 1 of 2 YouTube - Awaken by Yes Part 2 of 2 |

Loreena McKennitt - All Souls Night Jimi Hendrix - All Along the Watchtower (Bob Dylan cover) Katy Perry - I Kissed a Girl The Forbidden Kingdom OST (hey, or just watch the movie...AGAIN...) Tito and Tarantula - After Dark Melissa Etheridge - Like the Way I Do Melissa Etheridge - Bring Me Some Water The Pointer Sisters - Neutron Dance The Star Wars Rap ("we got death star!") Sophie Ellis Bextor - Murder on the Dancefloor Pat Benatar - Love is a Battlefield No Doubt - It's My Life MC Hammer - Can't Touch This Madonna - La Isla Bonita Los Del Rio - Macarena Julian Dawson - Uneasy Rider John Parr - St. Elmo's Fire Leonard Nimoy - The Ballad of Bilbo Baggins H-Blockx vs. Dr. Ring-Ding - Ring Of Fire Great Big Sea - The Night That Pat Murphy Died Bryan Adams - Summer of 69 Beach Boys - Good Vibrations Amy Grant - Baby Baby Cat Stevens - Morning Has Broken Aaliyah - More Than a Woman Alanis Morissette - All I Really Want Avril Lavigne - Sk8ter Boi Blind Guardian - Surfin' USA (cover of course) I can't really stick to a single category here...there's feel good (easy and relaxed), there's feel good (get the blood pumping and drive!), and there's more feel good (get on that floor and dance!). It's a bit of a wide spectrum here...and I admit to being tainted by the 80's...but here you go. :-)

| I like Jimi Hendrix a lot too, particularly his Bold As Love ALbum.. Funny story- When I was a kid when I listened to Good Vibrations I used to get really scared when the bassline kicks in "I'm picking up good vibrations, she's giving me excitations..." and there's that background scream "'oooohhh oohh ooohh ooooh" I used to hear a ghost..
