| My fiance's birthday is soon approaching (in like 10 days). I have been a lil confused about what should I gift him. Thing is I just bought him some gadget/watch/clothing while he was in my country a month back, but now am in a fix as to what more I could give him. I wanted something personalised (like a scrap book maybe?) But I am unsure if I courier it, will it reach in a good condition. I don't want it to be damaged or anything as such, since its gona be delicate with all pictures and stick ons. Am confused as to should I wait for him to come down to my country (after 2 months) and get him what he wants/make him the scrap book, or should I figure out a way to get more innovative and creative with his gift and send it across on the very day Inputs guys? Thanks |

Think about who he is and what he likes to do for fun or what interests him. I love giving people books, You can never go wrong with a good book. Think what could make him happy or laugh. I m sure you know him enough to figure it out. Good luck! |

I always appreciate the gifts that are given to me by the people that know me the best in other words if you give me a gold watch then you don't know me very well but if you give me a silver one then I know that you know ME !!! ps I understand what you mean about not wanting to send the scrapbook through the mail due to damage but there are ways to package it to prevent the damage |

Give him something small now, to show that you have remembered and care that it is his birthday (people tend to get funny when they think you forget or donīt care Give him the personalized gift 2 months later. |

Thanks for the suggestions everyone thebestlife, I know, you have it spot on. He is not much into books. He is more into cars and bikes lifetimelearner, lol. That's specific eh. True though, like I would love someone to gift me a obook or a gadget ssandra, absolutely! Infact I was thinking on the same lines, rather almost decided. |

Wow. Or maybe I can put in my name on the certificate, and give the massage to him when he produces it in front of me

I didn't mean for your to take him to some ''seedy'' place, but something more like a medical massage. I don't know if it's important that it is some ''material'' gift for him to remember you by or it can be something the two of you can do together.
