Erin, Cut your hair short and donate your locks! I recently did this - just this past Sunday in fact! How's that for synchronicity!?! I donated 13 inches! I love you with short hair - you look so much younger and playful. Do it! |

Erin, I think you look wonderful with short hair. But it looks great long, too - let's face it, you have gorgeous hair!! But if you want it long, you should be the only one making that decision. Therefore, I voted no. |

What is it with girls and this Storm X-Men character? Aren't women furious enough without calling down thunderstorms on us poor, pitiful victims? Seriously, however, I think this long hairstyle suits the "witch phase" better. If you grow out of it, I think you'll find a hairstyle that goes along with whatever you chose to show yourself like. I don't know. Maybe a mohawk or something. Er, wait a minute... |

I voted no. I find Erin quite cute in those pictures with that short hair. I normally always prefer that women cut their hair short, and even shave their hair off to go bald. However, in this case, I'm finding myself surprised that I don't feel that way with Erin. I feel that Erin is more of a long hair person. But of course, it's up to what Erin resonates with |

The longer hair takes a lot of attention away from your face, the short hair makes your features stand out a lot more. I'm gay, so can't help you TOO much on the physical attractiveness part (lol I'm one of those 100% people who honestly wouldn't know) but I'd say the long hair gives you a more...hmm..."mystic" look and the short hair gives you more of a modern look. |

You want to lose weight, no? Here's your chance! In my very humble opinion, the photo of you and Steve with the short hair lifted slightly from your face looks gorgeous and timeless. The longer hair weighs your look down. It makes you look heavier. It has no style or personality - it simply hangs. Perhaps you should consider investing some money in how you look now instead of waiting to lose the weight. Think a bit Louise Hay - she takes amazing care of her appearance because she knows she deserves it! Hire a personal shopper and get gorgeous, beautiful feeling clothing (underwear, too!) and shoes. Go to a great hair salon where they use organic products like Aveda and let them advise you. Get an appointment to discover your color/type. Buy organic, environmentally sound makeup. Go for mani/pedis each month. And so on, and so on. Why shouldn't you have a budget for this? As for Steve (since we are doling out the constructive criticism) - I am sincerely glad you have found more joy, light and love since that photo was taken because you looked miserable. The photo of you on the beach (Facebook) is the best I've ever seen of you. You radiate aliveness, joy and humanity. Light blues and turquoises suit you very well. There ya go! |

Cut it short but if you find you really don't like it you can always grow it back, it'll only be a few months of character growing before you're back to "normal" Hmmm, in the one year that I've been a member of this forum I've only posted 5 times, 3 of which have been about Erin's hair...I'm not really sure what that says about me. I voted no because I don't think Erin should cut her hair. I don't feel comfortable with telling her what she should do or not do. That is none of my business, especially because she didn't ask the question herself. Erin, to me you look beautiful either way. In my opinion it's true that the long hair makes you look heavier. And more lovingly-motherly. It's also true that it makes you look more mystic and more like (the stereotyped idea of) a psychic. Especially when it's red. The short hair makes you look more like a dynamic entrepreneur. Either way, I prefer it black/dark rather than red on you. So, that's my feedback. Ultimatively, it's up to you. Which kind of image do you want to give off? How do you see yourself? Love. |

Grow it long and natural - That's what I'm doing. Seriously, just don't cut it or shampoo it at all. Look like a human is meant to look. Well I suppose you can hack a bit of when it gets way too long.
