Default Coupon Savings From Sunday Newspaper

How many people have subscribe Sunday Newspapers? Can you really get those coupons from those papers? I heard it might save you up to 50% off for your groceries.

it depends...if you combine coupons with in store specials and only get things you really use it can save a lot...it seems that people with larger families and more diverse eating habits..sometimes unhealthier can save tons of money...i can save sometimes 25% on a really good day...less on others

Most coupons are for unhealthy processed foods so don't kill yourself, internally, just to save a buck. Look for deals on produce, fresh meats....

The healthier and more envronmentally gentle toiletries and home cleaning products are never couponed.

So there is a definite tradoff if you wish to become a coupon maven.
