it depends...if you combine coupons with in store specials and only get things you really use it can save a lot...it seems that people with larger families and more diverse eating habits..sometimes unhealthier can save tons of money |

Most coupons are for unhealthy processed foods so don't kill yourself, internally, just to save a buck. Look for deals on produce, fresh meats.... The healthier and more envronmentally gentle toiletries and home cleaning products are never couponed. So there is a definite tradoff if you wish to become a coupon maven. Jennifer |
