What I would like to eat:

breakfast: apple cinnamon pancakes, bacon, and fresh strawberries with honey
lunch: a loaded baked potato with LOTS of BBQ sauce
dinner: miso soup and tempura veggies

What I actually did eat:

breakfast: yogurt, 2 bananas, and an apple
lunch: pad thai - not very good
dinner: probably gonna be japanese, but not sure.

I am not the healthiest eater, though I do a 3.5 day juice fast every month or two.

Breakfast: 2 frozen microwaveable Taquitos, bacon and scrambled eggs and cheese

Lunch: 1 can of chicken (6 OZ) + a quarter pound Strawberry Creme Cheese Mega Muffin from the gas station + a can of Vernor's ginger ale.

Dinner: Going to Arby's for a Roast Burger + Curly fry action.

Usually I try to squeeze some cake or ice cream in there too....will probably have ice cream tonight after Arby's.

Bedtime snack: 2 Lofthouse brand cookies. Man those things are awesome.

So... all you're having is fruit & veggies? You'll be very hungry by tomorrow. Not a great idea for dinner.

I won´t be that hungry, because I don´t do anything in the day. The most activity I did today was going for a walk to the supermarket and later to the hagendaz... Not a great idea diet wise, but a great idea to spent some nice quality time with my husband on this sunny afternoon.

Besides the only reason it is put as diner is because it happened to be at 7. I´m letting go of food times, just eating when I´m hungry.

Tomorrow the plan is to eat the same breakfast (juice), omelet for lunch (with some nice vegetables in it) and fruit for diner (or carrots or cucumber, whatever looks nice in the store).

Breakfast - Swedish hard bread and some orange juice

Lunch 1 - Homemade meatballs and pasta

After excercise - Protein shake and about half a pound of quark

Lunch 2 - Chickenfilé and broccoli

Dinner - Swedish hard bread with cheese on and boiled eggs

Also about 8-12 cups of black coffee spread out during the day (I love coffee)

That's all I remember. Might have eaten something in between lunch 2 and dinner.

Huh its funny to know what other people eat...

I had for breakfast- greek yoghurt with muesli and banana plus a cup of tea then for lunch, tomatoes on toast, a kiwifruit and an instant coffee. went out for dinner and had gumbo and some fries, it was pretty yum.
then had an apple, a couple of biscuits, herbal tea and some banana milk for dessert.
