I am not the healthiest eater, though I do a 3.5 day juice fast every month or two. Breakfast: 2 frozen microwaveable Taquitos, bacon and scrambled eggs and cheese Lunch: 1 can of chicken (6 OZ) + a quarter pound Strawberry Creme Cheese Mega Muffin from the gas station + a can of Vernor's ginger ale. Dinner: Going to Arby's for a Roast Burger + Curly fry action. Usually I try to squeeze some cake or ice cream in there too....will probably have ice cream tonight after Arby's. Bedtime snack: 2 Lofthouse brand cookies. Man those things are awesome. |

Besides the only reason it is put as diner is because it happened to be at 7. I´m letting go of food times, just eating when I´m hungry. Tomorrow the plan is to eat the same breakfast (juice), omelet for lunch (with some nice vegetables in it) and fruit for diner (or carrots or cucumber, whatever looks nice in the store). | |

Huh its funny to know what other people eat... I had for breakfast- greek yoghurt with muesli and banana plus a cup of tea then for lunch, tomatoes on toast, a kiwifruit and an instant coffee. went out for dinner and had gumbo and some fries, it was pretty yum. then had an apple, a couple of biscuits, herbal tea and some banana milk for dessert. |
