Sorry but I don't think it was brilliant. I just that it was the secret team writing a self review for the book.

Notice how the author deletes negative reviews. Most people who have seen the DVD or read the book feel some what ripped off. I did for sure! Silly me I gave them my money. Don't believe the hype!!!

Actually...most of the people I know that watched it loved it.

I'm pretty sure that review is not from the makers of The Secret. It's a little off color and that isn't their style.

As well, all the reviews are there for perusing if you click on the right link. Even the negative ones.

So your post--like many of the things people say that is negative about The Secret--is full of misunderstandings and outright falsehoods. Unlike the book.

Don't get me wrong Jennifer. I also enjoyed the DVD but did feel ripped off.
However this made me laugh, bigtime... Although I should not be laughing The 'Secret' schirmer exposed

Nah, I'm not really an ignore button type of person but it does bring my vibration down when the Negative Nancys go ballistic.

There is A LOT of material out there that one may not agree with, nor find personally useful. As well as having trouble getting to work for them. But consider the fact that millions of people HAVE gotten this concept to work. Who are you to potentially bias them against what may be the answer to their problems? I mean that is almost evil. So if you don't like it, just be happy in your not liking it. Then you are at least letting people make up their own mind about it.

I'm extremely disappointed that I never got a shiv from the makers of The Secret. There are so many situations wherein it would have solved my problems (like that time I was kissed by a frat boy) and it would have helped me grasp the principles behind the LOA far quicker than I did. ("Well, would you look at that. I imagined you bleeding from the neck and it happened!" "GGHHHHRGLLL" "Envision a bubble around my body that extends out to the length of my arm and if you step past it you're invading my personal space.
