XBox 360 because of XBox live. Online gaming, access to Netflix "WatchNow," it can be used as a media center extender, game content downloads, great games available, upgradability, at the time, it was the most affordable hi def DVD player.

I currently play mostly on the Xbox 360. But these days, considering how the companies are all "borrowing" off each other (e.g. "New Xbox Experience's" Playstation-Network-esque interface and Mii-cloned Avatars, everyone heavily getting into motion control, etc.) it's a moot point except for games selection, and IMO there's been a dearth of good games that aren't the same old standbys of tie-ins, sequels, or remakes.

Although I haven't touched it in a month, the Xbox 360 is my favorite by far.

Great games, Netflix built-in, Xbox Live, and so on.

I like the Wii. Mainly because of the physical aspect. If the other consoles had the same control it wouldn't seem quite so attractive.
Though, another reason to like the Nintendo console is that both Microsoft and Sony are evil.

I'd really like to see a competitive open source console make a breakthrough.

Atari 2600. No joke. I've got all the old games, joysticks, etc. It's great to bust out at parties.

Why?
-Nostalgia
-Cheapness
-Seaquest - my mind goes into a distinct state of consciousness when I am dodging those submarines....it's just wierd.
