Can you guys give some ideas on things to do outside the house? I'm just bored a lot and waste time on the internet or tv.

There are plenty of things to waste your time on besides internet and TV. So what is not a waste of time? Why are you alive? What is your purpose in life? Boredom is a state between being happy and being sad. To be really happy, see Enlightenment.
