You can do, be, or have anything you want. When you draw on your strengths, you thrive. The people around you are already getting so much from you just being you. You are fulfilling your purpose with every breath you take. You cannot get it wrong; you're always on your path. You have everything you need; go out and enjoy yourself and share that with the world. |

I get great vibes from you. Your posts are always open, clear and warm. And your name - such an obvious thing to comment on, but it has a great ring to it, just wholesome, not overly ostentatious, but wholesome, and clear. Sums it up really. I wonder what my name says about myself? Lack of imagination I guess |

| Powerful... thank you! That's a beautiful way of seeing it... I've always been a bit uncomfortable about my real name. I think that was why I started posting under it And if "Gubb" makes you smile... that's also cool I love how you make me see things from a positive perspective! Also "spirit" is a cool name. 4711... a square number and a prime number, 47 and 11... the seven and the eleven rhyme... what's more both 7 and 11 are very mystical numbers... your name is loaded with mystical import! |

I love you for advertising the thread I started!! *hugs spirit* Also since we met in the last exchange of posts in this thread I've seen you around the forum and I have to say, I really like your aura. You've got a lot of clarity and love, I love you! Last edited by Andrew Gubb; 05-06-2009 at 05:59 PM. |

Engle, you remind me of one of my favorite young adult authors, Madeleine L'Engle! This thread as a whole reminds me of one of the fundamental rules of improv comedy, which is known as "Yes, and..." As improvisers have no script, they must work together to create something for the audience. The rule of "Yes, and..." tells us that when our partner says (or does) something, we will say "yes" to it. Then we add something of our own. In turn, our partner will say "yes" to that, and add one more thing. This process repeats forever -- or until the players leave the stage. Examples: I'm taking this spaceship to the moon! Yes! And when we get there, we'll start a lunar settlement! Let's start a political party based on pirates! Yes, let's! And another one based on ninjas so we can fight over which is better! This concept has proven to be much better than the one it replaced: "No, instead..." |

You're a funny guy from Goodfellas : Henry Hill: You're a pistol, you're really funny. You're really funny. Tommy DeVito: What do you mean I'm funny? Henry Hill: It's funny, you know. It's a good story, it's funny, you're a funny guy. [laughs] Tommy DeVito: what do you mean, you mean the way I talk? What? Henry Hill: It's just, you know. You're just funny, it's... funny, the way you tell the story and everything. Tommy DeVito: [it becomes quiet] Funny how? What's funny about it? Anthony Stabile: Tommy no, You got it all wrong. Tommy DeVito: Oh, oh, Anthony. He's a big boy, he knows what he said. What did ya say? Funny how? Henry Hill: Jus... Tommy DeVito: What? Henry Hill: Just... ya know... you're funny. Hello! You've woken up my brain cells. Dr.Seuss would be proud. I am proud of you too. Thank you. By existing, you're able to save the world one post at a time and more in ways you've never thought could be possible. I appreciate. |
