Totally. It's 1939 when Mr. Darcy crashes the plane in a murder-suicide attempt, and it's 1942 when E.P. bones her bones and gets shot down and crispy, and it's 1945 when he finally croaks.

Fun celebrity-spotting: the guy who played the yummy Indian bomb-defuser? He's on a show called "Lost" now? He works out at my gym.

EVER AFTER! (The best CHICK FLICK EVER!)
The Fellowship of the Ring--But only when Boromir died.
The Return of the King--When Eowyn kicked that dude's arse!
Finding Nemo--Only in the beginning, I promise.
Schindler's List--Self-explanatory
X-Men 2--Only in the last scene when Jean sacrificed herself. I spent the rest of the time drooling over those hot mutants. LOL

I'd love to see Marley & Me because I have a Labrador and LOVE DOGS. I did not read the book because I did not want to be confronted with Marley's death and I truly believed (since more times than not, books and films are never 100% the same) that they'd not show Marley's death at the end. Yer right...

I cried reading the paragraph where someone described how it ended. I'm very VERY annoyed.

So this is a whole new category: cry before you even watch the film...

Christ sake...

Into the Wild.
A biography type movie based on a true story.

Into the Wild (2007)

I smiled through the whole movie and couldn't hold my tears in.

First movie I've ever cried to, or even felt touched by.

Naked Gun. I cried with laughter.

When Frank says, "Just think, the next time I shoot someone I could be arrested."

So awesome.

First movie that I cried at: Pokemon the movie. Strange, but that was waaaaay back then

The movie that REALLY moved me was Million Dollar Baby. I never knew a movie could actually reach out that far and touch me.

Since these weren't mentioned by other posters:

Interview With The Vampire

Tuck Everlasting

Legends of the Fall

Hercules

Not sure why they make me cry, but they do.

I can't remember the movie that made me cry. There was only one. It was so long ago. Whatever it was, I haven't cried since.

How about last 3 movies/tv shows made me cry

1. The Escapist (ending)
2. Minority Report (not sure why.. kill the fake child molester scene)
3. Sarah Conner Chronicles 2x22

But the biggest movie that ever had a emotional effect on me in 2001 was.. A.I. that movie is damned coniferous..

I recently wrote an article on this topic, although, I suspect it goes off at a slightly different tangent to what was intended. Still, you may find it amusing.

But movies I've seen once and can't watch again include "Life as a House" and "The Bucket List"

Engle, do you mean "Open Water"? (maybe it has a different name in different countries.) That is the scariest movie I have ever seen.

I don't usually cry for movies, but recently, Juno...(and I didn't really love the movie) but the part where she says "I don't know what kind of girl I am" got to me somehow.
