 |  I want to climb on top of my building
Do you live in an apartment house (building of flats) ? Wouldn't you like to be able to climb on top of it at night and watch the stars, or just walk around? I live in a 10-story building in Bucharest, Romania. The problem is that the access to the roof is locked (with a regular padlock) and the administrator wouldn't allow anybody to go up there for no reason, just for fun. I think it's a great waste of real estate not to take advantage of it. If I could find some way of going up there without anyone knowing, it would be awesome. Maybe I should learn how to pick locks. Any darkworkers care to help ?  |
