 Ocean. I'm not too fond of jellyfish, sharks, and the like, but, at least oceans have a lot more water and other stuff in them than lakes. You never know what you might find in the ocean, like a message in a bottle from some other continent, etc. Lakes are comparatively boring, a message in a bottle in a lake probably only came from across the lake.  Math or science?
