Default R-rated trailer for Coen Brothers' new film, "Burn After Reading"

The film has all kinds of big names starring, and looks pretty awesome.

Trailers - Burn After Reading

Brad Pitt
George Clooney
Frances McDormand
Tilda Swinton
Richard Jenkins
John Malkovich

Hopefully this is more of a return to doing things "Raising Arizona" style. I don't know if I can handle another relentless assault on my senses like "No Country for Old Men."

Finally! Someone who sees how stupid No Country for Old Men was! It wasn't "art." It was "Hollywood Art". Stretch 10 pages of dialogue into 100 by adding pregnant pauses everywhere, shoot lots of footage of characters staring at each other saying nothing, make everyone move really really really slow, get a lot of footage of people's feet, back, eyes, hands, shots of empty rooms, trees, corpses, and have a gunshot every once in a while... Throw it all together... and ABOVE ALL, make sure you don't resolve anything!

I loved the Big Lebowski and liked Fargo, but this trailer looks like the comedy is a bit over the top, and thus comes over as phony and slapstick. Or maybe it is meant to be that way?

Don't think this pic will become a favorite of mine though; if anybody's recently seen a comedy as good as Wonder Boys, please let me know.
