Under what astrological sign were you born? And do you think you fit the 'typical' description of your sign, in personality traits and all?

I'm a pisces and fit the descriptions I've read pretty well... imaginative, intuitive, sensitive (sometimes too sensitive), naturally compassionate, like to live in a fantasy world which can get me a bit confused about reality sometimes. I like to believe in magical occurrences and forget about reality, very happily dreaming up my own reasons for things that happen. Guess that's the escapist aspect.

Before I started working on my PD I was feeling easily led by others and did not really feel strong in my own sense of self. (much better now, thank you)

I'm a Leo, but I pretty much fit any astrological description, depending on which one I'm reading. Except the negative stuff.

Do I think I'm stubborn? Um, yeah. Does my wife think I'm stubborn? Um, yeah. Do I think I'm unreasonably stubborn? Not at all. Does my wife think that? Um, yeah.

I'm only stubborn about things that I feel are worth being stubborn about, though. Oh, being nagged at is worth being stubborn about... a helpful hint for anyone wanting to deal with a Taurean. On the vast majority of subjects, I have a live-and-let-live attitude. Like a bull out on the pasture, if you're not doing something to my field, then do it all you want.

People tend to think that I'm slow to act... From their perspective, they're probably right. I'm just slow to over-react. Most of what I do is about building momentum, building an empire one stone at a time. The way that I see it, is if that stone is properly set, then I won't have to move it again, and I can use it to build off of. If I find that my plans don't work, then I'll change them, but I won't change just because I heard a rumor on the wind... I want to see accurate projections taking every aspect, subjective and objective, before I decide to make drastic changes to plans... but I also try to design systems so that the entire plan doesn't depend on one small aspect.

I suppose that describes a typical taurean... How other people describe me, though, is a bit different... but that's covered by other planets, not just the Sun.

Sagittarius over here. Reading the description I'd say maybe half fits me and the other half...not so much. Interesting as my father is big into astrology and I remember he'd always wonder why I didn't always "fit" the sign. Funny

I am an Aries, and yes, very accurately described by my sign- Super energetic, very headstrong, active, ambitious.

I'm also born on a cusp- Pices-Aries, so have some softer Pices qualities, but I'm definitely way more Aries.

My rising sign is Leo, also a fire sign like Aries, and both of them are masculine, active signs.


By the Chinese zodiac, I am born in a Rat year. The description is very similar to Aries, energetic, restless, sometimes impatient, and also very Yang/masculine, and both signs are first in the cycle on their respective zodiacs.

In reading, I definitely see that my signs match my traits much better than do any other sign descriptions. Same with reading for people close to me. Though it would be fun if someone could formally test the accuracy of the astrological signs somehow!

ALSO! It has helped me in personal development to learn the traits of my sign, and to understand certain traits and balance them out-- for example, this year I've been learning now how to 'calm down' a bit, eg with relaxation and meditation, to be a bit more introspective, balance out with calmer activities, a bit more beta, instead of being the active alpha all the time.

He makes it sound so noble, but really he is a bit lazy and isn't always stubborn about the best things. LOL. Don't let him fool ya. He is very open minded and laid back though, I will give him that. :P Slow to act... that's an understatement. Hahahaha.

I am a Leo, and I think I am pretty Leo, but I also see hints of Cancer in me. Well, I see hints of a lot of things in me. LOL. There are some Leo traits that I do not have though. I think reading horoscopes and astrology books is fun, but I don't necessarily believe in it.

I am a capricorn and I fit every discrption I have ever read of what one is supposed to be like.

I find a great wisdom is hidden is Astrology, perhaps it has been warped in these modern times but the constant traits that seem to permeate every website or book have a deep power in them.

Perhaps Ishould explain what I mean, I have an ability to sense power and energy, I can sense when someone connects to the spirit world if I am focussing on them and I can sense power and TRUTH in words, I can sense when something is important, and when something is magikal.

I am not really sure what it is I can do, its not telepathy, its not empathy, its not clair-anything, its not Precognizance....its just something I can do.

Can anyone else do it?
