I'm home healing up a little case of pneumonia  so I had some time to try a few things I might not otherwise -- remember how I watched the Matrix the other night? Sometimes being sick is a real blessing!  Here's what I discovered today, thanks in part to some people here who have been raving about NLP, and also in part to the fact that the only energy I have is to channel surf: I came across a commercial for Paul McKenna, a famous U.K. personal development guy who incorporates hypnosis, NLP, and a quick form of EFT to help people lose weight, stop smoking, feel confident, etc. Looks like they're shipping him across the Pond to make a version of his weight loss show for us yanks. Anyway, I downloaded his "Trance Download" from his website, Paul McKenna NLP Weight Loss Training Courses - Paul Mckenna (it's about half and hour long, so it may take awhile to download), and settled in to listen. Yum! What a deliciously relaxing and sweet feeling meditation! I highly recommend it, especially if you're the type who gets an erotic charge from a good English accent. Really, really nice, and empowering. I will try it again later when I'm not high on Sudafed to see if I get a similar result. Let me know what you think, please! |

I have that download on my Sansa View  Yum is right!! Paul McKenna is golden. Ooohh that voice!  Learning Strategies had a sale on his Success for Life cassette set (now called Positivity on CD). Wonderful set. I especially enjoyed the sleep track. I'm really hoping his company gets a US distributor -- maybe when he's doing his new show. Grrr - I swear it was there last night.  I couldn't post because of server issues so I just save everything on notepad until this morning. That would be great if his books and cd's showed up in bookstores here.

I *am* English so the accent didn't do anything for me but the meditation certainly did. I'm adding it to my latest 30 day trial thing.

They must be doing changes to the website. I couldn't find the trance mp3 either and it looks like the Positivity set is showing again. Looks like he's creating his US site, but I couldn't find the trance mp3 there either. Paul McKenna McKenna USA Home |

I can't find it anywhere either! I think they've taken it down. The only downloads you can get now are the pricey ones. However, if you go to NLP Life Training Register you can register and they might have free downloads through that. Just checking... *edit* Doesn't look as though that's up and running properly yet. The website only got started today. I'll let you know how I get on.
